This category is about maximising the potential of ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) to support effective teaching and learning.
If you can respond positively to one or more of the following questions, we would welcome your nomination:
Can you describe how the school has used the internet and other forms of ICT in an innovative and creative way, and the benefits this has brought?
Can you describe how ICT has been embedded in teaching and learning activities in your school, and the positive outcomes this has had?
Has your school taken part in an imaginative project which has promoted inclusion or community/parental involvement through the use of some form of ICT?
Has your school made exceptional use of the internet or ICT to support work on key educational areas such as literacy?
Please note that existence of particular technologies within the school, such as interactive boards or a school website, is not sufficient alone to meet the criteria for nominations.
